Our Microgreens
Microgreens are young edible greens harvested shortly after their first leaves develop. They bring fresh flavor, color, texture, and an easy way to add greens to everyday meals.
Broccoli
Mild, fresh and versatile. An easy addition to sandwiches, eggs, salads, bowls and avocado toast.
Arugula
Distinctive and peppery. Excellent when you want a little more bite.
Radish
Crisp with a lively radish-style kick. Great for tacos, salads, sandwiches and savory dishes.
Seasonal & Blends
Additional varieties and thoughtfully selected blends rotate with our growing schedule.
Care at Home
Keep microgreens refrigerated and dry. For best quality, wash only what you plan to eat, using clean cool running water, then gently dry before serving. Follow the Best By information on your package.
Ways to Use Your Microgreens
You do not need a special recipe to enjoy microgreens. Add them at the end of a meal for fresh flavor, texture, and a little something extra.
Broccoli
Pile onto avocado toast, eggs, sandwiches and wraps. Toss into salads or grain bowls, or use as a fresh finish for soups after cooking.
Arugula
Finish pizza, pasta and flatbreads; tuck into sandwiches; add to eggs; or pair with tomatoes, cheese and vinaigrette when you want a peppery bite.
Radish
Excellent on tacos, burgers, rice bowls and sandwiches. Try them with eggs, roasted vegetables or creamy dishes that benefit from a fresh radish-style kick.
Blends & Seasonal
Use rotating blends anywhere you would add fresh greens: salads, wraps, bowls, toast, sandwiches and as a simple finishing garnish.
For the freshest texture and flavor, add microgreens near the end rather than cooking them for a long time. Wash the amount you plan to use under clean, cool running water and gently dry before serving.
